Immediately after killing Jeff, and being locked into the operating room by Hoffman, Agent Strahm located a hallway revealed by glow-in-the-dark paint. In there he discovered a cassette player that warned him to not proceed further, lest the room become his tomb. Refusing to comply, Strahm proceeded down the hallway and was then tranquilized by Hoffman.
