Tenika Davis (born July 16, 1985) is a Canadian actress and model best known for her roles in Jumping the Broom, Wrong Turn 4: Bloody Beginnings, and Jupiter's Legacy.
She played the Irate Clinic Nurse in Saw VI.
Early Life[]
Tenika Davis was born in Newmarket, Ontario. At age 10, she became interested in public speaking and the performing arts and participated in several speech competitions. At the same age, she began intensively training in the martial art of Taekwondo and soon competed at a national level, earning numerous gold medals, trophies, and awards for her outstanding abilities.
Career[]
Davis began her acting career as one of the finalists on the first season of the reality TV series Canada's Next Top Model. After the show, she signed a contract with the world-renowned modeling agency Ford Models. She landed her first lead role in Jumping the Broom in 2011 alongside Angela Bassett, Paula Patton, Loretta Devine, and Meagan Good. The same year, she was cast as Sara Suarez, the female lead protagonist in Wrong Turn 4: Bloody Beginnings.
