I just realized something: Even if Michael Tapp joined Jigsaw's cause Pighead II would need to kill him based on the murders Michael sees him commit. Jigsaw wouldn't allow a murderer to be apart of his inner circle, Amanda and Mark are clear examples of this after he has them punished for breaking the rules.
