Noam Jenkins (born December 31, 1983) is a Canadian actor best known for his roles in the Watch Dogs video game series and Rookie Blue.
He played Michael Marks in Saw II, Saw IV, and Saw 3D.

Noam Jenkins was born in Paris, France, to Canadian parents. He moved to Toronto with his parents when he was an infant.
