He was portrayed by Dylan Roberts.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Morgey was a man working for the Metropolitan Police Department. Sometime after the end of the Jigsaw murders, a law known as Article 8 was passed. This legislation expanded the powers of law enforcement in order to fight crime. Police Chief Marcus Banks and head of homicide Angie Garza were actively involved in covering up these crimes and shielding their officers from punishment.
Zeke's Backup Call[]

Morgey watches as Marcus is taken away by officers
Banks exposed the corruption in the department by revealing that an officer named Peter Dunleavy shot a man named Charlie Emmerson to death for being willing to testify against a corrupt cop, Morgey, like almost every other cop in the department, turned against him. One time, Zeke had to deal with, a criminal Zeke requested backup but Fitch and Drury refused to help him due to his snitch status, resulting in Zeke getting shot, a Paramedic arrived to help Zeke. Police Chief Marcus Banks arrived to find out who refused to help his son, Fitch was caught by Police Chief Marcus Banks for not responding to the call and got beat up by him. (Spiral)
Investigating Jigsaw Copycat[]

The USB sent to Zeke by William
When off-duty detective Marv Bozwick is gruesomely murdered in the subway tunnel, Banks is called to investigate alongside his new partner, Detective In-Training William Schenk. At the station Angie Garza, Tim O'Brien, Kraus, Fitch, Drury, and himself try to find out who killed Boz. Zeke revives a box from the killer with USB in it Zeke plugs it in. They find the first video tape from the killer, who identifies the murdered man as a police officer. The killer plans to reform the Metro PD and remind them of the oath they took to the city. Schenk, Banks, and Detective Fitch piece together that the Jigsaw Killer has a new copycat. Once Zeke saw the video that Schenk anonymously sent to him in the form of an USB, he recognized the courthouse that appeared in the video, went there along with William and found the red spiral. (Spiral)
Fitch's Death[]

The Jigsaw Killer delivers a message for Banks warning him that he was offered salvation but declined, so now, he's going to point the finger back at them. Until they all admit their wrongdoings in police investigations, more people will continue to die. The police then found a truck with a spiral painted on it, located under a bridge. Zeke decided to open the door upon doing so he found inside a dead pig and a box containing Fitch's fingers and badge.
Personality[]
Not much can be said about Morgey's personality due to his short screen time. However, like most of his colleagues Morgey turned on Ezekiel for turning in Pete. It's likely after he witnessed chief Marcus Banks beat Fitch this further developed his rivalry between Zeke.
