Mitsuka Ito is a fictional character from the Saw franchise. He is one of the unseen characters in the series.
Biography[]
The Yakuza[]
Not much is known about Mitsuka Ito's past. However, he was a drug dealer and a member of the Yakuza, a Japanese criminal organization from 119th Street. Due to his illegal activities, Ito was eventually targeted by John Kramer, better known as the Jigsaw Killer. (Saw II: Flesh & Blood)
Death[]
John abducted him and Ronnie Navarro, a drug dealer and member of the Blood Eye Gang, and took them to a room where he had prepared a deadly trap. It consisted of a pulley system and several large barrels filled with sulfuric acid. Those were propped up above the victims, whose hands were strapped to ropes attached to the pulley system. If pulled simultaneously, the pulley would give them enough slack to reach the exit door. However, they failed to accomplish their task and were killed when their bodies were spilled with acid. (Saw II: Flesh & Blood)
Post-Mortem[]
After their death, John cut two puzzle pieces from their skins before leaving them behind. Shortly afterward, their corpses were found by the Metropolitan Police Department. Upon examining the trap, Detective David Tapp assumed that something prevented them from working together. Following the investigation, their bodies were eventually taken to the morgue. (Saw II: Flesh & Blood)
