Marty Adams (born September 12, 1981) is a Canadian television and film actor, writer, and comedian best known for his roles in The Second City Project, Hemlock Grove, and the Saw franchise.
He played Ivan Landsness in Saw IV.
Career[]
Marty Adams was born in Parry Sound, Ontario. He began a football program at McMaster University but injured his knee. His sister encouraged him to join a comedy program at Humber College, which got him his first significant comedy gig in the Facebook of Revelations at The Second City. His last Second City main stage show was 0% Down, 100% Screwed, leaving the main stage on June 21, 2009.
His TV appearances include seventeen episodes of Video on Trial and commercials for Staples Inc. and Fallsview Casino. His film roles include a nine-part mockumentary called Now Magazine The Movie, Saw IV, Shutter, and Repo Men.
