Jeff Shuter is a director, producer and composer, known for his work on several digital graphic novels, such as 28 Days Later: The Aftermath in 2007 and Buffy the Vampire Slayer in 2011.

He was one of the directors and producers and the composer of Saw: Rebirth and voiced Zep Hindle in the comic as well.


Jeff Shuter was born in Wisconsin and later attended the Performance Studies Program at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. His focus was adapting literature to various mediums, utilizing ethnographic research and methods.

Throughout his career, he developed and adapted several graphic novel motion comic series, including Robert Kirkman's Invincible and Stan Lee's Time Jumper. These series were instrumental in pioneering the current motion comic animation genre.
