Dr. Holtstein was a doctor who worked at the Whitehurst Insane Asylum under Daniel Whitehurst II., who administered the asylum in the second generation. Holtstein was responsible for treating the patients, especially those who displayed severe behavioral problems. (Saw: The Video Game)
