The man was a doctor at a hospital. One day one of his patients John Kramer visited the hospital the man worked at who informed John he only had a few months left to live upon having an MRI on his brain. Revealing tumors caused by his brain cancer.
Personality[]
Not much can be said about the Doctor's personality due to his short screen time. Although having very little screen time it is somewhat shown that the Doctor feels bad for John upon informing him how long he has left to live.
