I've been having nightmares where I... I see him. I'm never gonna be able to forgive myself for what happened.
— Kerry talks about her nightmares about Eric[src]

Allison Kerry's Apartment is a fictional location from the Saw franchise as well as a minor location in Saw III.

The apartment of Detective Allison Kerry was a small flat where she lived alone as she had no family or ongoing relationships due to her obsession with her work. At one point, she became a leading investigator on a case surrounding the serial killer Jigsaw. More than a year after his murders had begun, she finally managed to find the killer's hideout at the Wilson Steel Plant with the help of her former partner and affair, Detective Eric Matthews. However, his apprehension was already planned by Jigsaw, who was in fact a terminal cancer patient named John Kramer, as he had purposefully left the clues behind which led to the cops finding him. During another one of his games, he escaped from the Wilson Steel Plant and thereby took Eric as his hostage. As she had urged him to play Jigsaw's game in order to buy them some time to find eight other victims, including Eric's son, Daniel, Kerry felt responsible for Eric's disappearance and therefore suffered from depression, leading to her constantly have nightmares about him. Kerry's Abduction

Kerry, moments before her abduction

Eager to find Eric and put an end to Jigsaw's games, Kerry continued her investigation. Six months later, she was called to a crime scene at an elementary school, where another trap had been found by a SWAT team led by Lieutenant Daniel Rigg. However, Troy, the victim of the trap, had no chance to escape as the game had been manipulated, leading Kerry to the conclusion that someone else must have set up the trap. After investigating the crime scene, Kerry went back home and took a bunch of photos and case files and a video tape found at the crime scene with her. While she was watching the video over and over again, she suddenly saw herself on her TV screen. She realized that she was filmed from inside her closet and shot right through its door. When she searched the closet she found the camera and removed it but was then subdued by an invader with a pig mask who had sneaked up to her. After that, Amanda Young and Detective Mark Hoffman, Jigsaw's apprentices, abducted her and placed her in one of their traps. (Saw III)
