In Saw IV, Jill Tuck, the ex-wife of John Kramer AKA Jigsaw, revealed her history with John, and the events that led up to him becoming the Jigsaw Killer to FBI Agent Peter Stram. Jill revealed to Agent Stram that, after she and John lost their unborn child, Gideon, to a drug addict from her clinic named, Cecil, John went into depression, tried to commit suicide, survived, and decided to become the Jigsaw Killer.
When Jill found out that Cecil was missing, she went to confront John, suspecting that he had something to do with it. John simply told her that, "I taught him not to take life for granted." Sometime after that, John brought Amanda, who was also a patient at Jill's Clinic (and the one who sent Cecil to rob the clinic making Amanda responsible for the loss of their John and Jill's unborn son, Gideon) to Jill to show her that "his methods worked."
If Jill knew that John was responsible for Cecil's death, why didn't she turn him in, and stop the Jigsaw Killings before they began? I mean, I understand that she still loved John; but he did abduct Cecil and Amanda, two people from HER clinic. Even if Jill didn't have any evidence, and even if John could've come up with a back up plan to escape, as a doctor, Jill still had a duty to her patients; so why didn't she turn John in? What are your thoughts?
